Description of works:

The property located in the heart of Knightsbridge will be undergoing major refurbishment to both the internal parts and external facades.

Pierra have been instructed to detail, supply and fix new Terracotta units including the replacement of the gable pediment, gable coping stones, ornate gable springer stones, cornice units, window head units, jambs, mullions and balustrading to the porch.

Repairs will also be carried out to sections of the terracotta elementsusing an agreed mortar mix formulated from an extensive range of samples.

Other work includes the cleaning of the front facade using a mild chemical, minor brick repointing and repairs to the elevations and chimney stacks along with the supply and fix of new York stone window cills.
