Overall Description of Works
The works comprised paint stripping using a combination of poultice and DOFF cleaning methods, followed by stucco repairs to both plain and decorative features. New reconstituted coping stones were designed and supplied to match the existing profile, alongside the full redecoration of the stucco façades.
The project also included the design, supply and installation of natural stone roof-level planters, complete with the planting of shrubs and trees, forming part of the wider refurbishment of the building.
