Summary of Works

Overall Description of Works

The works comprised a comprehensive programme of conservation, repair, and upgrade interventions to safeguard the historic fabric of Leith Hill Place. The scheme included full access scaffolding to facilitate masonry, render, roofing, and rainwater goods repairs, alongside targeted structural and carpentry works to stabilise and preserve the building’s original construction.

Thermal performance was enhanced through sympathetic insulation improvements, with final decoration and the installation of a new lightning protection system completing the project.

All works were undertaken using heritage-appropriate materials and methods to ensure the long-term protection and integrity of this significant historic property.
